Terms Of Service

By reading this document and showing intent of commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • Terms outlined on this page

  • Keep in contact with me and provide feedback or acknowledgement every time I send you an update

  • Absolutely not file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission

Commission Process

  • Slots are granted through submitting an application, commission slots aren't guaranteed. Applications can be made through my Google Form.

  • NOTE: Please do not submit an application if you cannot wait for the results.

  • Applications are always open unless stated otherwise.

  • Applicants who are granted a commission slot will be contacted via Twitter.

  • Payments are only made through invoice via PayPal.

  • You may either pay half up front and half before model is sent, or all upfront.

  • Updates for the commission will be sent through Twitter. Updates may come in the form of pictures or videos.

  • The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or if the client hasn’t replied within 48 hours.

When will my commission be done?

I no longer give a deadline for completion, however I work hard everyday and on average finish within 2 months, however this does not mean your commission will be completed within 2 months. If you have a certain time you'd like it to be completed, please let me know. Short deadlines will have a fee. Also note: I have to open commissions monthly to make income for bills and basic living needs, if I haven't finished your commission by then I promise I am not putting it on the back burner. Do not come to me upset about this, I work hard every single day. And for both art and rigging, I'd say that's fairly fast in general. Thank you.

Deadline Extensions

If I ever fail to meet the deadline for the commission, I’ll be contacting the client as soon as possible to state the reason for an extension. If the client refuses the deadline extension, I shall be issuing a refund.I have health problems that sometimes prohibit me from working, if you are not willing to work with the possibility that I will need an extension, do not commission me. I would rather avoid wasting both of our time.

Refund Policy

A refund can be issued when:

  • The client is highly dissatisfied with the commission.

  • The client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I could work on the commission.

  • The client's commission has been terminated by the artist.

  • I cannot fulfill the commission by the given deadline.

and will be issued after I have discussed the final refund amount with the client.

The client will be refunded

  • 90% if model art has been started

  • 50% if model art is completed

  • 40% if rigging has begun

  • 30% if head xyz or body xyz are done

  • 100% of the total commission price if I haven’t started the commission.

A refund CANNOT be issued when:

  • The commission is at the physics rigging phase.

  • 2 weeks have passed since the commission was delivered.

  • 2 weeks have passed since I have made corrections and revisions to the final work.

  • The client has been sent an update or has access to the progress via a livestream but did not comment on the progress or claim to not have seen said progress.

  • the client has untruthfully expressed satisfaction.

  • the client has intentionally kept negative feedback and request/s for corrections to themselves during the whole commission process.

  • the client needs the money back for other expenses.

The commission will be terminated after the refund. If the client decides to commission me again, they will have to pay full price.

Revisions, Updates, and Client Feedback

First and foremost, the client is encouraged to provide any kind of feedback during the commission process to ensure the quality of the model.
During the commission process, minor revisions are free but there is a certain threshold for the quantity of minor revisions. As long as the artist asks for feedback from the client, the client could still ask for minor revisions and point out mistakes in rigging.
The artist will make sure to inform the client if their free revisions are almost up. Once the artist has informed the client that they have used all of their free revisions, the artist shall propose a price for additional revisions (whether minor or major revisions).
Major revisions before and after delivering the completed work are not free. For minor revisions after delivery of the final work, please consult with the artist since it may be free.
I do my best to not go more than 10 days without a picture or verbal update. If it has been 10 days since your LAST update and I haven't reached out to you, please DM me. Otherwise, please wait for me to send you updates.

Major Revisions:

  • Change of clothes

  • Additional expressions

  • Change of more than 10% of the model's layers.

The price for any addition to the model will be discussed. The client is also encouraged to check with the artist for any revision.

Client's Role and Etiquette

  • The client is expected to check for mistakes in rigging such as clipping, displacement of parts, and any general mistakes in rigging that are obvious and greatly lowers the quality of the model.

  • The client should also provide all of their feedback within 48 hours of receiving an update from the artist. This is to help save time and make the commission process more efficient.

  • When giving feedback, it is highly encouraged to be detailed and that desired corrections to be requested are final. This is to save time and ensure that all efforts are meaningful.

  • Please do not micromanage the artist.

What type of feedback is not allowed?

  • Forcing the artist to rig a certain style / rig in another style

  • Requesting for changes that are out of control of the artist (ex. asking for changes in illustration when you have availed for a rigging-only service)

  • Being excessively nit picky

  • Wanting to be particular but requesting a revision without a clear idea, proper references, and direction

  • Being too fickle about changes ex. requesting for multiple changes and making the artist undo them multiple times
